Website is ALWAYS down. I call Customer (NO) Service and they say ti keep calling back. Since they made everyone change passwords in March, I can't even sign in! When I try to request a new PW, it doesnt work. When I call Customer Service, they say they will send an email with a link, but, YOU GUESSED IT! Said email never arrives...SUCKY SERVICE.

This has been going on since I first signed up for Early Returns rewards program. Can't print card, can't sign in, cant book flights. Its a sad day when they cant even send you an email to change your password, after they REQUIRE you to do so...

Is this website even secure? I am concerned.
