There is only 2 hrs to have the chance to speak to a real live person to voice your complaints about any adverse Frontier Airline experiences! The other time they are "answering emails" that can take up to a month to resolve!?!?
Has anyone actually gotten any sort of resolution from these customer service people? I have major MAJOR buyers remorse for purchasing my ticket with this company they HONESTLY don't care at ALL about customer retention. DO NOT FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE! They are heartless, mean and cruel don't care about customers at all!
Even if you have to pay a little bit more elsewhere trust me you are saving yourself from the money you would have to spend on hotels and food because Frontier Airlines provides NO NONE NOTHING in terms of food vouchers or hotels from stranded passengers due to their own error EVEN if you have to stay in their Denver hub for OVER 24 HOURS they don't care!!!??!
You are empowered with the knowledge STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS from this company! THE REALLY DONT CARE IN THE WORSE WAY POSSIBLE.
