They probably don't know why the plane was delayed. It was probably delayed on the last flight. Things happen. Always give yourself time for delays when flying.

Terrible flight I was so sick don't think pilot is an experience pilot. *** was to fast he drooped during *** scared me so I screamed. The whole time the plane was shakey I know wind can cause this but not this time.
