Horrible customer servive at Gate 26 At DIA. Lady attendant said she was busy when we needed her help so we left.
Then when she announce for everyone with carry on on their ticket to come up, we did. She said I am gonna charge you $60 for your bags. I said maam we paid last night.
She slammed my ticket and said "your not listening to me you didnt need to come uo here!"
We do not travel much and to be treated like this is aweful. Plus we were charged to fix the spelling of our names$75 each!!
