What do you expect of such low flight costs? Well let me tell you what you SHOULD expect from them... Rude costumer service, escalated prices for bags (carry on and checked) and delays.... lots and lots of pointless delays. Even if they aren't pointless, their costumer service at check-in and gates are so bad, you'll never know. Good luck.

Cancelled my flight and never sent any notification while i was travelling frm Illinois to St. Louis. Now i have to wait until Wednesday to fly home. No vouchers, no hotel. They could give me a refund but the ticket was 66.00. Ive used half of that ticket. But it will not by another ticket.
