Worst experience ever. Zero Customer service.

I’m am completely disappointed in the way they have the prices on the luggage and seats prices fluctuating by the time we ended up paying we paid more for are bags then the tickets I so not recommend

I completely advise NOT TO US THIS AIRLINE OVER paid for luggage and seats are not included in your ticket purchase

Do not fly Frontier Airlines. Today, after a three-hour delay, our flight to Tampa from Islip finally arrived.

Unfortunately, 5 minutes before departure, the flight was cancelled with no explanation. Passengers had bags checked, etc. The gate attendant could provide no reason for the cancellation, and Frontier is unreachable as they hide behind automated chats, essentially zero customer service. Rebooking is impossible for most customers since they only fly to Tampa twice a week.

The flight was packed, families with infants, etc., a deplorable situation. This airline has zero regard for its customers and should be avoided.
