Verified BuyerPaid for seats and didn’t get them, my extra for baggage and seat cost more than flight itself
Paid for assigned seats and they changed them. I had a minor child with me and they assigned her a seat by herself.
The add-on for baggage and seat assignment ended up costing me more than the ticket itself.
Very disappointed in the whole customer service. You can't talk to anything but computers.

We will have to all decide on a new date for the mission trip, however those flying southwest received vouchers, we will be flying southwest when we reschedule.
We had a mission trip to Mexico planned. 2 days before departure, my husband had a heart attack.
Upon trying to reach Frontier their options on the site did not fit my crisis, I had to text with an AI, figure out its lingo to get to CHAT text with a real person. At this point I was given two choices, 1 for 549 dollars more I could reschedule before September 1st, (I have no way of being able to reorganize a whole mission trip in 1 day) or cancel our trip and the fee was $400 (99 dollars each person each way!!) So, I decided we would just be a no show and eat the 700 dollars.

- Need to have an exact change date if you are canceling
- This whole cant talk to a real person
- Do not care about their customers in crisis

. On April 5th My first flight which my two young daughters and I was supposed to be on was canceled due to fraud,
I had to purchase a whole new flight for $497.94 the flight was due to depart @ 11:39 then it was delayed to 12:39.
Then to be delayed again from 12:39 to 1:38 a.m This is an inconvenience not only for me, but the person that is waiting to pick us up. Inconvenient for all other passengers. We are also sitting at the gate with a passenger who has thrown up all over the floor, the smell is horrible. Employees for frontier are rude and state they can't do anything about it that the don't reported, is my job to report it to the cleaning crew.
its been 2o minutes, no one has come to clean up vomit on floor. Customer service is horrible, Also my luggage was overcharged $4.29.00 I only needed one luggage to be checked in. Staff was incompetent, two said I could have my personal item them I was told i had to pay. to bel told by other staff members, you can have one personal item.
I'm asking for a refund of 433.47.I'm hoping that this issue can be resolved quickly Or I will have no choice but to contact my bank and let them know what has occurred and that I have been overcharged.
This was my first time flying frontier airlines and do the horrible experience my family and I had. we will not ever fly frontier again.

Horrible, I missed my flight because I was on my way and the car started acting crazy going off while driving. It was scary as I didnt know what was as going on and Uber can while I was using restroom and they didnt call me no contact at all

They refuse to refund my money for being charged 104 dollars for my duffle bag that was allowed to be taken on the plane due to the customer service agent not doing their job they didn't weigh I was I
I had a duffle bag that I thought was one personal item they clearly states that you are allowed to have yet to be charged 104 dollars cause I was told I'd to check my bag and they refuse to refund my money

Our recent flight coming home from Atlanta to San Diego was a total and costly nightmare. First, there were multiple one-hour delays.
After finally boarding the plane, we sat on the plane for 45 minutes and were told to deboard the plane because we would now miss our connecting flight. They said to check with the ticket agent to arrange for us to get to San Diego.
We waited more than 30 minutes for a ticket agent to tell us our only options were a later flight to San Francisco and then a connecting flight to San Diego the following day, arriving at 6:30 p.m. Or we could book and pay out of pocket on a different airline. We also needed to call Frontier customer service to get a refund.
Due to work commitments, we had to purchase two $600 tickets on a different airline.
When we got home, contacting Frontier customer service for our refund was almost impossible.
The chat option didn't work, so we finally got a hold of customer service on the phone. They said there would be no refund since the delay was less than 3 hours, and we never canceled our flight. Our flight was initially scheduled to leave at 11 a.m, but they didn't leave the ground until after 3 p.m. We were told to deboard the plane; no one said we had to cancel our flight to get a refund.
After getting hung up on several times and much back-and-forth with customer service and then a manager, they said they would provide a one-time-only special arrangement of $176 if we paid another $70 for a late cancellation/change order.
I said, "We "didn't change our flight; it was almost a 4-hour delay, and we had to pay $1,200 to get home. I'm not giving you more money!" Their reimbursement also included a $90 charge for my bag, even though it fit under my seat, and we were removed from the flight. That would be a $16 reimbursement. Unbelievable!
Then, I called Expedia and spent another hour on the phone while they went back and forth with Frontier; they said they could only give a $176 refund.
I was so tired and done; this all happened after an 18-hour day of trying to get home.
So, here is the math:
Initial Frontier flight: $503.16
Bag checked (that fit under my seat) $90.00
total Frontier cost: $593.16
Refund provided by Expedia: $176.00
Total cost with new flight: $1,617.16
We have been long-time Expedia customers and will never use them again.
Frontier needs to reevaluate its policies, communication, and customer service. We will never use Frontier Airlines again.

Preferred solution: Refunded and policy changes, better communication, and improved customer service are needed.

My suitcase was DESTROYED in checked bag...It was torn in 2 places and dirty. On flight from Atlanta to BWI on Saturday March 30,2024.
Employees are not handling passengers bags with care...They are not doing their jobs with compassion. This is the 2cd time my luggage was destroyed I let go the 1st time.
I was charged twice with the same Reference Number and time Schedule.
This is no good at all. I purchased my ticket for MAY 20-24 to New York and I was charged twice so I need my money back from the booking on flight Network $549.
And I will go with The second flight this is my problem I want guys to resolve it for me.
Am a pastor going to a Pastoral Conference. In the New York thank you

Frontier airlines withdraws money from account without my consent. I did not sign up for any subscriptions.
I have no booked any flights either. Ive called and left voice messages and no one has called me back to talk about the refund to my account. Im not satisfied.
I want my money back. I wish someone would help me.

Book with I received an email and text 5 hours before my flight that it was delayed 3 hours. I contacted chat customer service and was flight left at 5:15pm instead of 2:44pm.
I have screen shots of this conversation. Then an hour and 40 before my original departure time I received a message that my flight was leaving at its original time. I a over 40 minutes from the airport and my ride lives 40 minutes from me. I paid the premium to fly on the day after Christmas now Ive been rebooked until tomorrow.
If leaving tomorrow were an option I could have saved $300 on my ticket purchase. They have no customer service number, if I did business like this I wouldnt either.

Ok so we had a flight to Georgia from Seattle the airline messed it up with delays , the staff lied to me saying I cold take a latter flight and get a connection in Dallas but you had no plane going from Dallas to Georgia for like any month they were rude and insensitive plus tried to stand me in Dallas

Had an afternoon flight to go home and they texted that they delayed to a late night flight. I was irritated but had no choice.
The sent another text saying theres a delay with that one and then ended up canceling. Had to spend another night there when I had business meetings all day the next day. Options they gave me were to get a refund or fly out the next day at night. Ended up booking a one way ticket through another airline so I can make it back the next day.
If I had known they were going.
To cancel me completely I wouldve just done that. Never again will I fly with frontier!
