I had a lay over in Denver to fly into Omaha. My ticket started for me to go to Gate A38, which I was sitting at since 2:30 this morning and still waiting until someone said this gate was for fought to Dallas. Was not notified that my flight was changed to a different gate, I missed my flight with no notice.

I booked return ticket Atlanta to detroit flight no 2898 Confirmation no LJP7PE & Z9VZ2F , 21st November 11:35am. I received the email day before for the boarding pass.

I printed out boarding pass. When I woke up in the morning, I saw the flight was cancelled.Then i call customer service her name is Barbara, He said if I pay another $164 then she will reconfirm my canceled flight. I mention here my wife was with me. i paid $328 all together.

I had to come because we had work from the next morning. she gave me the boarding pass, everything was as before.

Nothing changes. I humbly request return of my money.

Was flying wit them. Had a flight at 10am. Got at there at 0730am. The line to check bags were wrapped around the airport darn near twice. By the time I got to the front it was about 0940am. It was no way I would make my gate. They said I would have to rebook and me in the rebooking line that was another 2 hours long. When I got to rebooking they offered me a flight 2 days later at no cost. But I would have to cover my hotel and food. I took the credit for the flight and booked a same day flight with jet blue who was much much better

Charging customer $75 dollars for cancelling reservation, which was totally out of his control. Was hit by car and hospitalized. Release with restrictions on flying anywhere, do too spline being repaired and drain out in. Found customer service hard to understand, due to it being out of country.

Need a refund

Try to pay the $69 on my phone for my carry-on. It wouldnt go through went up to the front desk. They charge me $99 and then the 69 went through so I need a refund of $99 please my phone number is 616-824-**** if you have any questions.

Horrible service…

I needed to talk to a human being and it was virtually impossible with Frontier. Very frustrating!! Cant believe I cant get the help I needed. No interest in chatting with a robot. Horrible!!!

For some stupid reason Frontier placed my wife and mine seats together on the flights out to Las Vegas but separate us on flights back. This is stupid and unacceptable. They charge extra already for baggage now these idiots what to charge me to sit with my wife. I bought these tickets over a month ago, deciding not to do Delta, because I thought it was cheaper. Im paying the same price with more headaches now.

Would not let us get on plane 2/21 at Cincinnati/Kentucky airport.. We arrived an 1 1/2 at the airport before take off time., said gates were closed.. People sat on that plane that long??? Funny coming home thry closed the gates 15 minutes before take off??? I like some kind of refund
