I booked return ticket Atlanta to detroit flight no 2898 Confirmation no LJP7PE & Z9VZ2F , 21st November 11:35am. I received the email day before for the boarding pass.
I printed out boarding pass. When I woke up in the morning, I saw the flight was cancelled.Then i call customer service her name is Barbara, He said if I pay another $164 then she will reconfirm my canceled flight. I mention here my wife was with me. i paid $328 all together.
I had to come because we had work from the next morning. she gave me the boarding pass, everything was as before.
Nothing changes. I humbly request return of my money.

Verified ReviewerResolved: Cancel my son's flight due to him being hit by car and hospitalized. Charged me $75 dollars to cancel. Customer service is terrible with no discretion on it
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
