I called its all taken care of. Thank you I'm a disabled veteran I got zero discount for my seating and a senior so that's only thing ... not passed tho I must of hit wrong button lol ![]()

ToIts frustrating when I am going through a family crisis and try to het things accomplished and cannot speak to a real person to resolve an issue of adding my infant son to my existing reservation

Bag policy
Why are customers made to pay for round trip checked baggage as opposed to checked baggage one way. I only want to pay for one way baggage.
Its not fare and this is my last time flying frontier.
And I will pass this info on to all potential frontier customers. Good riddance

I scheduled a flight 6wks in advanced but never got a confirmation email. If you don't get one you can't check flight status, request refund, requesting confirmation code because there's no one to talk to.
You still need confirmation code to email with questions.
So I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. Couldn't do that until it posted to my account.

I was never able to get intouch with them.
My debit card was compromised last Saturday with a 400 dollar charge on it. I did not approve nor create this charge it was from Frontier airlines

Flight cancelled in the DR for mechanical issues with the door
We were about to takeoff and the door of the plane couldnt be close. So they ask us to get out and to wait for two hours on the terminal for a resolution.
They are putting us in another plane at 10 AM tomorrow, but they are not providing meals, hotels, or transportation to and from because they are claiming Its not Frontiers fault.
When obviously, its not a cause of God when is a mechanical issue. We are claiming money for the hotel transportation to and from meals and compensation.

They said they can't give any credit on baggage that you already booked even if you don't board with it
We bought frontier ticket with baggage of $65 but then decided to fly twice and not to include baggage as plan changed. More than 15 days before we tried to get the credit and see we can use that to apply in our following week travel with frontier but even credit was not allowed.

Dates somehow got mixed up and trying to change it. Keep trying to chat through stupid chat and keep getting logged out. Have been trying for hours to change dates or get a refund

We were told my 9 year old only needed a pass port card and when we went to doard the SAS flight we were truned away because she did not have a pass port card. Now we need to get home snd i was wanting tchznge out flights from the 28th to today

My daughter 39 yrs old was on her last leg of Flight home from California to Virginia flying with her 3 young daughters flew in from ONT TO DEN was boarding the DEN FLIGHT #536 on 3/19 all only had a personal item that fit under the seat, my daughter had just encountered an injury here in California to her head WAS HIT IN HER HEAD WITH A BASEBALL AND HAS A Horrific Concussion but was given clearance to fly by the Doctor at UCLA HOSPITAL. Your staff at gate was so rude and disrespectful they didnt care about her situation only trying to get more money into your pockets telling her she had to check all their personal items that truly fit under seat measurements requirements then they changed their minds and had her leave behind her lap blanket that was to keep her warm due to her health issues for the 6 hour flight!
My husband and I have been loyal customers for over 12 years now and I had purchased your GOWILD TICKET when it first came out which was before November of 2022 when your company then goes and gets RID OF ALL PHONE CONTACT Communications!!! I So wish I could get my money back from that purchase that doesnt even start until May 1st of 2023 I AM DONE WITH FRONTIER AIRLINES YOU HAVE RUINED YOUR REPUTATION OUT IN THE BUSINESS WORLD!
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR AIRLINES AGAIN AND I AM ALREADY SCARED OF THE PROBLEMS I WILL HAVE WITH THIS GOWILD! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR SELF!!!

Missed flight
No one was at the desk when we were trying to check in. We arrived at the airport an hour & 15 minutes before departure time.
When we tried checking in on the kiosk it said that we were too late. No one helped us & we werent able to reach out to anyone because the customer service number said to chat online.
Flight canceled 1991
My husband and I had flights reservations for Las Vegas on September 28, 2023. When we arrived in OKC to catch our plane, we were notified they were canceled.
My husband had checked on how to cancel our flights on Sunday September 24, 2023. But he did not cancel the flights. He did not complete the cancelation process. I have been in bad health but felt I could make the trip.
Because you canceled our flights, we are missing a very important wedding in Las Vegas! Our new flights would be $1,000 each. We will never fly Frontier again!
Fix your cancelation process. We never received an email stating our flights had been canceled!!
