Not fair on luggage purchases policy

They said they can't give any credit on baggage that you already booked even if you don't board with it

We bought frontier ticket with baggage of $65 but then decided to fly twice and not to include baggage as plan changed. More than 15 days before we tried to get the credit and see we can use that to apply in our following week travel with frontier but even credit was not allowed.

My daughter 39 yrs old was on her last leg of Flight home from California to Virginia flying with her 3 young daughters flew in from ONT TO DEN was boarding the DEN FLIGHT #536 on 3/19 all only had a personal item that fit under the seat, my daughter had just encountered an injury here in California to her head WAS HIT IN HER HEAD WITH A BASEBALL AND HAS A Horrific Concussion but was given clearance to fly by the Doctor at UCLA HOSPITAL. Your staff at gate was so rude and disrespectful they didnt care about her situation only trying to get more money into your pockets telling her she had to check all their personal items that truly fit under seat measurements requirements then they changed their minds and had her leave behind her lap blanket that was to keep her warm due to her health issues for the 6 hour flight!

My husband and I have been loyal customers for over 12 years now and I had purchased your GOWILD TICKET when it first came out which was before November of 2022 when your company then goes and gets RID OF ALL PHONE CONTACT Communications!!! I So wish I could get my money back from that purchase that doesnt even start until May 1st of 2023 I AM DONE WITH FRONTIER AIRLINES YOU HAVE RUINED YOUR REPUTATION OUT IN THE BUSINESS WORLD!

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR AIRLINES AGAIN AND I AM ALREADY SCARED OF THE PROBLEMS I WILL HAVE WITH THIS GOWILD! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR SELF!!!

Flight canceled 1991

My husband and I had flights reservations for Las Vegas on September 28, 2023. When we arrived in OKC to catch our plane, we were notified they were canceled.

My husband had checked on how to cancel our flights on Sunday September 24, 2023. But he did not cancel the flights. He did not complete the cancelation process. I have been in bad health but felt I could make the trip.

Because you canceled our flights, we are missing a very important wedding in Las Vegas! Our new flights would be $1,000 each. We will never fly Frontier again!

Fix your cancelation process. We never received an email stating our flights had been canceled!!

FRONTIER bungled our flight and in the process also lost our luggage. I got numerous emails from them from June 12 until the beginning of Sept.

when my luggage was returned fromAtlanta Georgia. It was damaged and its contents ruined. this airline has acknowledged receiving the claim in July, but has yet to settle.e.

I have received numerous letters of apology (generic letters) but no resolution. Please help.

Need to change return date

Plain was changed to a smaller plane. I had a double knee replacement and the space was extremely tight.

I was so sore that I lost a days activity and had to stay an extra day.

Called for flight change and was rudely spoken to. I rebooked my flight on line to go back on Sunday and had to pay 145.00.

Wrong name on ticket

I misspelled a name on a ticket and and there is no one to contact to fix it!! Then I got charged $79.00 to remove 1 letter from a misspelled name. It took me two hours of phone calls to fix this!!!

Missed flight

I was on a connected flight, 16 hours layover. I was using the frontier app, which wasn't showing my flight to dfw.

I went to the agent, and he said go to security. When i try to scan the app at TSA they told me wrong flight. I went to the agent, they told my i miss the boarding time by 10 min. Boarding was 8:05am i got there at 7:55am and my flight leave at 9:05AM.

My luggage was already on the flight, why couldn't that agent let me go on the plan. So now am out $300 and now i had to pay and extra $99.

Baggage lost.

Hi, My name is Ambrosio, last Monday my son traveled to Los Cabos, California. Mexico

When he registered his baggage, He asked to customer service if his baggage would be at the airport in Los Cabos, California.

The customer service said, "yes" So, my son he didn't checked in Denver. When he arrived to Los Cabos he didn't received his baggage. Until today he doesn't have any information.

He already filled out the form.

They give him this reference DENF98710****

I would like to know where is the baggage? Any information about it and how we can get back.
