Reservation issue
I booked a flight in September and. 445 bucks come to find out it wasn't booked.
I called this morning and had to rebook. Doesn't make any sense to me.

They said they can't give any credit on baggage that you already booked even if you don't board with it
We bought frontier ticket with baggage of $65 but then decided to fly twice and not to include baggage as plan changed. More than 15 days before we tried to get the credit and see we can use that to apply in our following week travel with frontier but even credit was not allowed.

Flight issue
Worst airline ever never again changed my flight and to accommodate for that I had to change flights and I had to pay for the change twice what the original price was when purchased

User's recommendation: Don't fly this airline they suck they change your flight times and you have to pay for that change they made to your itinerary. No way to contact a real human on purpose I am sure they know they are gouging you and they don't care

our flight got cancelled and no phone number to get assistance nor at the airport counter. we tried doing refund and needed confirmation code which we did not have

Refund question
Does Fronteir reimburse for the money I had to pay American Airlines to get a flight from Nashville to Philadelphia on October 9th because fronteir cancelled their flight that I paid as part of a package. Fronteir did issue a $100 voucher but I paid $600 for the American ticket, one way. Why should I pay American when I had nothing to do with the fronteir cancellation?

After she charged me $198 she still let me take my luggage on the airplane so frontier airlines is terrible they get compensation for every time someone gets charged for a piece of luggage some kind of a kick back for it well Im getting real sick of frontier And she never gave me a receipt for charging me $198 and I never signed anything

I was charged 99 at gate in denver then in muami flught was so late my was so late that my prepaid hotwl in las vegas would not chwck me in i had to sleep outside i was not charged to bag in pdx nor muami noe vegas so why in denver
