Went to check in to fly to Las Vegas and the board said flight was on time, the 5 of us boarded the plane and was almost ready to depart, and then Frontier made an announcement that we had to get off the plane, (with no explanation of why), so we got off the plane and after everybody was off the plane , Frontier made another announcement for other passengers who were flying to Minnesota to start boarding, so a bunch of us that were on the plane went to the customer counter and asked what was going on , and the clerk said that the plane for those passengers was delayed and that they needed to leave first and said that ours was only going to be delayed 30mins, so then they boarded us on the plane that the minnesota people got off of , and then told us to get off again, because this plane was broke down , well 12 hours later they cancelled our flight and told us we could get a refund,or take a later flight that was not going to leave until 10am the next morning. no other assistance was offered , and not only were the passengers pissed off but so were the attendants and pilots , and they seemed to take it out on the passengers , nobody cared that we were stuck at the airport and gave no resolution to the problem , so we finally got a hold of someone from a number that they gave out , and got them to pay for a flight from AA, but it cost us an extra $100 per person that frontier would not pay for and we did not get our money back for the luggage check in, that we also had to pay again at AA .

So we had to return 5 days later to florida and we had frontier as the return flight , no delays , but the seats are uncomfortable and small , we got to florida, and went to get our luggage and our bags came out and they were very dirty and the extension handle was broke and bent ,so we took it to baggage claim office and they said that they are not responsible for the handle , seriously? This airline sucks ,their whole staff sucks and don't care about customer service !

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Frontier Airlines Pros: Low fares.

Frontier Airlines Cons: Delays delays delays, Paying to choose my seats, Untrained personnel, Charges, Unauthorized schedule change, Unacceptable customer service, Useless employees.

All of this is in the contract of carriage in the terms you agreed to.No airline will cover damage to the handles,wheels,straps of luggage.It is easily damaged in the hold of the aircraft with other bags.they only damage they would cover would be if it tore open on the belt loader or fell off a cart.As long as it still does its job of containing items airlines wont cover it.

Might try some "periods" in middle of paragraphs. Thatwouldmakeiteasiertoreadwhatyouarecomplainingabout. There is a reason for grammar rules.
