Horrible customer service

Frontier Airlines complaint
We were scheduled to fly Frontier in December 07. We arrived at the counter 10 minutes after their Stupid 45 minute boarding policy and were not allowed to check in or board. We explained not being aware of their policy and that neither their site nor the Expedia site posted this policy but they still refused to allow us to board. We have tried to recover our money but they refuse to accept any type of responsibility. We have written their customer service and even their CEO and have been ignored by all. There isn't enough space to describe how horribly we were treated. I would recommend avoiding this airline. They are not interested in customer service just in making sure the counter is closed 45 minutes prior to departure.

EVERYBODY knows to show up at LEAST an hour early at ANY airport. Come on.
